Software Test Engineer - Mobile

Overview:
The responsibility of this position is to design, setup, and execute tests on my client*s service delivery platform. Secondary responsibilities include defect management, test planning and reporting.

Responsibility overview:
Design and execute test cases on embedded and mobile applications
design automation frameworks in streamlining test execution processes

Experiences:
Experience testing client side/embedded devices or mobile applications
Testing experience includes: black box/UI testing, end to end and mobile application testing
Knowledge of Web Services protocols - SOAP, HTTP, XML, etc..
Experience with one variant of UNIX/LINUX based operating systems

Experiences desired:
Java/J2ME SDK and/or Objective C/iPhone SDK
MySQL, Oracle knowledge
J-Unit software unit testing
Rational ClearCase and ClearQuest
Telecom experience

Education (desired):
Bachelors in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering
