  1. Hands on experience in writing board level requirements from System/Unit level documents
  2. Hands on experience in using DOORS for requirement Management
  3. Hands on exp in Power Supply Design
  4. Hands on exp in FET drive/ switching circuit design
  5. Hands on exp in EMI/EMC & Lightening protection circuit design
  6. Hands on exp in performing PSPICE simulations using Concept AMS tool
  7. Hands on exp in performing WCA, Stress/Derating, Timing Analysis
  8. Hands on exp in Concept HDL Design Entry tool
  9. Knowledge in Allegro design entry, would be able set constraints and review the layouts independently
  10. Hands-on exp in writing layout guidelines
  11. Exp in DFM, produceability & manufacturability concepts
  12. Hands on in writing test procedures
  13. Hands on exp in board testing
  14. Hands on exp in using AC & DC P/Ss, DSOs, DMM, Function generators
  15. Hands on exp in writing QTPs
  16. Knowledge in DO-160 pre-qual & qual testing
  17. Exp in using HS guidance such as 120X HWSPs and PAR+S would be mandatory
  18. Exp in HS review process HWSP 1214 and 1215.
  19. Have got good written & oral communication.
