Desktop Support Engineer

Experis IT is seeking professional talent for project initiatives in the Denver, CO area. We are interested in building a team of desktop support and Windows administration consultants to participate in various project initiatives with regional clients.

Our practice team will be responsible for multiple tasks related to infrastructure and support including builds, rollouts, upgrades and installations within a Windows environment. We are seeking professionals with a strong acumen for customer service with the technical abilities to work within a structured and task focused environment.

Typical profiles have had the following expertise:

  • 2-5 Years experience in Windows Administration, Desktop Support, Migration/Upgrade project work or other related areas

  • Previous experience working with Windows 7 or XP

  • Experience working with and within Active Directory

  • Capable and comfortable working in the registry

  • MS Office support (2003/2010)

  • Browser based trouble ticketing systems

  • Cabling, wiring and asset management

  • Strong customer service background

  • SharePoint user experience would be a plus

  • Any telecom equipment experience would be a plus

  • A+ Certification highly desired

  • Any MS Certification highly desired
