Profile:

This Enterprise Content Management and Document Imaging solution provider and integrator was founded in 2001 and serves governmental and private sector entities. This company has created a team-oriented environment with quality people. The Technical Consultant will be skilled in software implementations for Kofax and IBM FileNet P8 products in traditional (i.e. terrestrial) systems environments.  Familiarity with “cloud environment” implementations is a plus.

Responsibilities & Accountabilities

• Estimate and install various common-off-the-shelf (COTS) software products for customers in the public and private sectors.  Installations are in both terrestrial and cloud environments.
• Configure the software for specific customer solutions 
•  Provide ongoing support for those software installations 
• Provide first-line help desk support as well as secondary support and trouble ticket resolution 
• Conduct project-based software implementations as well as general customer support

Skills and Experience

• Software implementation for Kofax/IBM filenet
• Cloud environment experience
• Configure software
• Cloud implementation is a plus

Education and Certifications

• Technical certifications with software products for customers in the public and private sectors
