The preferred candidate will have:
- A degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business, or related field.
- A minimum of 5-7 years application development experience using Microsoft .NET Technologies.
- Strong communication and problem solving skills. 
- A strong desire for responsibility.
- The ability to interpret abstract technical ideas and concepts effectively
- General PC office skills with:  MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS project, Outlook.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to establish and maintain a high level of user trust and confidence.
