Lead the development of conceptual designs. Analyzes complex business processes and identifies related business requirements to develop scope and detailed project specification documents. Analyzes business process and financial impacts of complex changes. Prepares TCO and ROI analysis on large projects. Provides guidance to others in functional design. Develops and executes complex test plans. Assists in the selection, implementation and optimal use of purchased tools and/or defined methodologies to increase testing capability and throughput.
Skills
An understanding of Drug Inventory processes, to include:
Drug Ordering
General Accounting
Accounts Payables
Specific Drug Information Updating
Physical Inventory Processes
Federal and State Regulations
Good Communications
The candidate should have a working knowledge of not just inventory systems, but more specifically drug inventory applications.
S/he should be somewhat familiar with efficient inventory practices, like the advantages to Just-In-Time or Investment Buying or Grant of Authority controls.
Knowledge of compensating controls especially related to Drug Inventory is a plus.
Experience
Work with any PBM for a period of at least one year
Project Management is a plus
Proficiency with Computer Processes such as; MS Excel, MS Access, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, Visio
