Invertix is seeking an Associate level Network Support Technician to be a part of the team in the maintenance and usage of the TNOC's local area network.
The candidate will also do the following:
- Under direct supervision, assists in monitoring and responding to technical control facility hardware and software problems utilizing hardware and software testing tools and techniques.
- May provide network server support.
- May assist with installation of terminals and associated hardware.
- Requires knowledge of data scopes, patch panels, modems, concentrators, and associated terminals and network management software.
Job Requirements:
- Current or Active TS/SCI clearance (Must)
- All five positions are shift work (Must)
- Must be willing to take CI Poly (Must)
- 8570 Certification - IAT Level I (Required or able to obtain within first 6 months at own or company cost. Cannot charge to the program.)
- Personnel with the following background (Network Admin, System Admin, Tech Controller, Satellite Operator) have been successful in the TNOC in the past.
- Prior help desk/customer support (Helpful)
- Remedy Trouble Ticket experience (Helpful)
- What’s Up Gold experience (Helpful)
