IT Systems Engineer Sr. Consultant 

Banner Health's IT Department is currently looking for an IT Systems Eng Sr Consult for the implementation and support of the new eHealth internet/intranet portals

The ideal candidate will have the following preferred skill sets

Technical:

• CMS template design and theming

• HTML(5), CSS, Javascript(jQuery),.Net programming

• Background in graphics design, UI templates and wiring up to back-end controllers

• Usability testing, Process Flow development, Wire framing, Photoshop, Illustrator & Dreamweaver

• Web site and application implementation

• Day to day user & application support

Knowledge and Skills:

• Experience with user-centered design and usability practices

• Experience with Web accessibility standards

• Experience in tableless, fluid layouts

• Experience in advanced CSS techniques (float layouts, fluid layout, etc.)

• Must have experience with Javascript, AJAX and jQuery framework

Analytical:

• Experience performing operational workflow, user experience and technical design/configuration gap analysis, including gap remediation option planning

• Experience in developing information architectures such as library structures and standardized naming & terminology conventions

• Experience gathering, analyzing and interpreting web site analytics for user and behavior analysis.

• Superb problem solving skills and troubleshooting abilities.

• Exceptional markup and client-side scripting, applicable to a wide range of contexts

• Minimum two years design experience.

• Strong commitment to training and empowerment of end users and customers in the uses and functionality of applications and systems
