Responsibilities:

* Using your development skills in Ruby on Rails and other languages to create new innovative tools
* Thinking, creating, pushing farther, developing new products
* Taking those products and making them bigger and better
* Helping to build the best system in the world of its kind
* Educating the Engineering and Operations Departments on new software and open source initiatives that can help us achieve our goals
* Answering questions from other employees about automation
* Developing tools that will be utilized by various departments 
 
* You should be able to switch easily between programming languages and have intimate knowledge of some of the following:
Ruby On Rails (Required)
Python
Scala or another high-level language, including a willingness to learn! 
PHP (Bonus)
Java (Bonus)
MySQL for the Database and LDAP
Solid understanding of the Linux Operating System
