Kforce has an exciting opportunity for a Managed File Transfer specialist in St. Paul, Minnesota! Our client is looking for an accomplished Technical Analyst for their Transmissions Help Desk and Managed File Services Tier-2 support group. This position will be responsible for leading all technical aspects of the Managed File Services Tier-2 support group; utilizing IBM B2B and Sterling Managed File Services Suite of Products. Troubleshoot, resolve, and recommend improvement for systems, network, and security problems at an advanced level across multiple / converged technology solutions, services, and platforms. Direct and lead technical efforts for performance improvement and procedures across multiple / converged services and platforms. Author and provide input for multiple and converged systems and services, system documentation, procedures, and processes. Coordinate the maintenance and modification of systems. Provide guidance for advanced technical support. Lead and mentor a team of Support Analysts.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience with the IBM Sterling Suite. The selected Systems Analyst Median must be an excellent leader and team motivated person.
