Our client is new to SAP technology where their landscape includes the latest Netweaver Supply Chain technologies,and they are currently seeking candidates for Applications Manager to assist with managing their SAP team in order to maintain their highest quality service level standards for their clients, customers, and vendors.
This is an exciting and demanding opportunity where you will be working very closely with a savvy and fun business group. Right now the team is growing which will ensure you are challenged by new projects and build out of best practices, as well as helping them grow their team.
Our client is looking for an Applications Manager to assist with maintaining their SAP application environment. This person will be integral in the maintenance and enhancement of their applications across the Materials Management (MM), Sales & Distribution (SD), and Finance (FI) modules. You will provide coaching, direction and leadership support to roughly 8-10 team members for superior employee, business and customer results.
As Applications Manager you will also collaborate with SAP Architects and SAP Project managers to develop and deliver high-quality, practical solutions for new implementations and enhancements. You will also maintain and build inter-organizational relationships to stay abreast of emerging business needs in order to more effectively participate in technology assessment and help to establish best practices and service level standards for the business.

The ideal Applications Manager will have the following skills:
* Solid leadership experience and proven examples of enabling individuals to teamwork and a collaborative environment that meets customer needs
* At least 5 years of experience supporting SAP applications
* Experience supporting two or more of the following SAP modules: FI, MM, SD
* The ability to manage multiple projects, including scheduling, resource allocation and budgets
Highly desired for Applications Manager:
* Project Management, PMI certification
