SAP HCM IT Support Analyst will primarily be responsible for supporting a global SAP solution for HR processes related to the Learning Solution (LSO) and Performance Appraisal and Talent applications. This position will be offered ona contract for hire term.
Roles and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Responsibilities include: *Responding to application support incident tickets within stated Service Level Agreement (SLA). *Resolving Tier 2 application support tickets within SLA. *Triaging issues and determining escalation path when resolution unknown. *Working with business client to document the complete steps to reproduce the issue and work with HCM Support Lead to identify next steps. *Ensuring support documentation exists and stays current. *Identifying incidents which may require an enhancement or configuration changes. *Logging any necessary enhancement or configuration requests. *Write and execute test scripts. *Working with SAP to identity solutions and then working with appropriate team members to apply OSS note to fix isolated system problems. *Configuration of HCM production modules.
Basic/Minimum Qualifications: *Minimum 1 year SAP LSO experience *Production Support Experience *Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and communication skills *Able to work onsite at Center in St Paul, MN. Working hours are Mon - Fri during normal business hours (8am to 5pm). On occasion, may be required to work alternate hours to support project.
Preferred Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field * 2+ years SAP HCM experience - including experience with ECC 6.0 * Experience in project management, requirements gathering, analysis & development of WRICEF objects including creation of functional & technical specifications * Experience working in a large, multi-national corporation
