Job Title: Forum XML Gateway Consultant 

Location: Rosslyn, VA

Duration: 6-12+ Months

Role Description: Role requires current hands on experience administrating and configuring XML Gateways and/or Firewalls.   The admin will help troubleshoot any issues associated with client Web Services, maintaining WSDLs, and policies.   

Role Technical Skills: -

- 4+ years of professional experience supporting enterprise solutions 

-  Hands-on experience with XML Gateway products is highly preferred.  (Forum products preferred) 

-  Hands-on experience with Web Services 

-  Hands-on experience with Web Services Security specifications. 

-  Hands-on experience with Java, J2EE, EJB, JMS, JDBC, SQL, XML, JSP and JMS 

-  Experience with SOA services. 

-  Integration experience with any ESB (preferably TIBCO) 

-  Integration experience with Messaging, UDDI, Service Registry and Service Repository 

-  Experience with Web Logic Application Server. 

-  Experience with Spring, Hibernate, Struts, Axis, Ant and Clearcase is desired. 

-  Practical application/platform debugging and troubleshooting skills  

Role Responsibilities:

 -  Consult with internal technology teams to configure and maintain gateway services. 

-  Coordinate with different groups when necessary to troubleshoot issues. 

-  Provide on-call operational support 

-  Analyze and provide problem resolution for complex technical issues. 

-  Identify potential improvements to increase the reliability, availability, supportability, and performance of the underlying platforms. 

-  Participate in periodic technology disaster recovery exercises and provide necessary documentation.
