GRT Corporation is looking for experienced Business Analyst with the following qualifications:


   Responsibilities:

 •Develop use cases and business requirements documentation, such as workflow processes, that support the product ;
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams comprised of roles such as product management, content, technology, marketing, sales, and/or user experience stakeholders to establish project requirements using a variety of techniques;
 Demonstrable skills and experience with iterative and incremental software delivery methodologies (RUP, Agile)
•Experience of use case driven requirements management;
•Practical experience implementing Requirements Management; 
•Understanding of how to establish/capture requirements metrics;
•Experience with Rational Requisite Pro, Requirements Composer or other formal Requirements Management Platform
•Experience with UML
•Excellent facilitation skills
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Qualifications

•Knowledge of Digital Content Management and Delivery is a plus
•Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science;
•Minimum 5 years’ experience as  business analysis for business/ecommerce application;
•Ability to facilitate negotiation and build consensus;
•Experience liaising with developers and QA;
•Experience with prioritization;
