Location:  Aberdeen Proving Grounds, MD (client site)

Travel required:   Minimal

Key Role:

Deliver application software for test tools supporting the validation of message and protocol standards.  Perform software development in C/C++/C# for ongoing development projects. Develop cascading style sheets as outputs from the test tools.  Develop Web Services interface specifications. Assist with managing, designing, and developing technical solutions following best practices and formal software development life-cycle methodologies. Provide design services to address the federal government’s challenging technology and data needs.  This position is located on client site at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD.

Basic Requirements:

* 3+ years experience with development and use of DoD Data and Messaging Protocol Standards, preferably MIL-STD-188-220 (Combat Net Radio Protocol)

* 5+ years of experience with DoD / Army Software  Requirements Analysis, Design, Development, and Integration

* 5+ years of development in C++

* 3+ years of experience development in XML

* 5+ years of experience in object-oriented design and programming

* Excellent oral and written communication skills with ability to create and present briefings to senior leadership

Additional Requirement:

* Technical MS preferred

* PMP, Agile/SCRUM and SOA Architect certifications preferred

* Knowledge of MS Visual Studio

* Experience in Java developmen
