Description: Support Test and Evaluation program management at U. S. Coast Guard Headquarters. Manage all contract, personnel issues under USCG support contract. Interface with Surface, Aviation, and C4ISR acquisition programs to assist in developing and reviewing Test and Evaluation related programmatic documentation required for compliance with Coast Guard and Department of Homeland Security acquisition policy. Assist programs with requirements development, traceability, and preparation for Operational Testing. Assist with tracking acquisition program asset requirements from development through testing and acceptance. Lead and facilitate Integrated Product Teams and Test Management Oversight Teams. Assist the USCG director of Test and Evaluation with the drafting of routine correspondence, powerpoint briefs, and USCG Test and Evaluation Policy and processes for inclusion in the USCG Major Systems Acquisition Manual. Work with prime contractors to collaboratively develop Government acceptable Test and Evaluation Program Plans, Test Plans, and Test Procedures. Conduct Test Evaluation Risk Assessment.
