Law firm is currently seeking a Junior IT support analyst to work in our New Brunswick office.
The Junior IT Support Analyst will provide support and maintenance including but not limited to PC, laptop, software, print, and networking support within the firm's IT environment.
This is a full time position that requires some off hours and weekend support.
Some travel between offices in the New York/New Jersey area is required.

Primary Responsibilities:
* The Junior IT Support Analyst will be asked to resolve technical issues in areas such as Windows, Active Directory, network connectivity, network printing, mobile devices, Wi-Fi, Cisco Phones, law firm software and application support.
* Desktop support to multiple locations and issues resolved in person, or remotely.
* Working with enterprise level systems that complement the desktop, such as antivirus protection, windows updates, 3rd party application patching, printers, and workstation image deployment.

Skills and Attributes:
* Superior customer service skills are essential.
* Demonstrated ability to present written or verbal information clearly and accurately.
* Knowledge in the following technologies: Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, Active Directory, Symantec Enterprise Anti-Virus, computer imaging, network printers, Remote Desktop.
* Demonstrated experience working in a networked Enterprise (DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies) environment is preferred.
* Candidates should also have 0 - 3 years experience in a corporate environment supporting common desktop hardware, software and networking.
* A+, N+, and Microsoft certifications would be an asset.
