ISITE Design is seeking a high energy, strategic-minded and entrepreneurial individual to join our growing team in our Portland, Oregon office. The Account Director will be focused on major account growth, leveraging thought leadership and interactive strategy to grow existing ISITE Design clients into successful long term relationships.
The ideal candidate will have deep interactive expertise and have a genuine commitment to working closely with our existing clients and internal teams to deliver real value and results. The position will help clients think beyond the tactical project work and develop multi-year interactive strategies which help create and protect their competitive advantage online.
This is an important and highly visible position within ISITE Design. We’re looking for a candidate that wants to be a significant contributor to the agency’s continued growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital strategy, global content management, experience design and web analytics.
Create and execute strategic account plans with major accounts
Execute on other established marketing and sales plans
Work closely with internal groups to align client needs with ongoing services
Build new interactive business within existing accounts
Review work under development to ensure alignment with client expectations and ISITE Design’s quality standards
Be accountable for the profitability, sustainability and growth of each account
Own the client relationship and act as the final point of escalation for all project and account related issues beyond the project manager
Assist with go-to-market plans for new services and solution offerings
Present at industry conferences and contribute articles for ISITE Insight
10 or more years of business, account management, Internet or related experience
4 year college degree (BS/BA) (Masters Degree Preferred) in a related field such as marketing, business, entrepreneurship or communications
Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills with experience presenting to Fortune 100 decision makers
