You have a passion for Automation and Enterprise Integration, working with state of the art Web Based Technology and implementing a Paperless Factory within the whole facility in Real Time!
You have five (5) plus years experience as a System Integrator working on control systems and industrial automation. Up to date knowledge and experience with Allen-Bradley PLC Programming. "Hands on PLC experience" - you have done culminating in successful projects.
Your Knowledge and Experience:
Experience must include Allen-Bradley PLC5, SLC500, and ControlLogix. Experience with Siemens, Modicon, GE Fanuc and others is desirable. Must be proficient with HMI and operator interface development Must be proficient with AutoCAD and the generation of electrical and control panel drawings. Excellent troubleshooting skills. SQL Databases Excellent customer relations skills (do you get repeat business?) Types of projects you have done should include: Machine control. i.e. palletizers, film wrappers, case packers etc. Conveying and sortation systems, bar code scanners, etc. Process control systems including the implementation and tuning of PID loops. RTU and SCADA systems. Refrigeration control systems.
Preferred: Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering, equivalent experience or similar.
Information Technologies IT experience desired.
In essence, we are looking for modern Controls Engineers in System Integration who are PLC Programming Specialists with diverse project experience and the ability to learn new systems "on the fly." Must be able to juggle more than one project at a time and still handle emergency service calls. Communication skills must be excellent as evidenced by customer requests for your future service, support and projects in their plant. Bottom line - you get repeat business from customers!
