Role: Tech Lead – IBM OPTIM Data Archival tool
Locations: Lake Forest, IL.
Duration: 3-6 Months Contract
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution or three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 6 years in Information Technology.
At least 4 years of experience in software development life cycle.
At least 2 years of experience in IBM OPTIM Data Archival tool around product implementation, Data archival assessment, Defining Archive/Restore Business Process, Implementing Archive, Delete and Restore Process, User access management and security, Integration with other applications.
At least 2 years of experience in Oracle, SQL Server 2005, Database Management.
Understanding of reporting tools
At least 2 years of experience in translating functional/non-functional requirements to system requirements.
Understanding of life sciences domain regulations
Ability to work in team environment and client interfacing skills.
Good communication skills
Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
