This is 3-6 Months Contracts based in Basking Ridge, NJ

The right candidate will:
Draw upon a proven recruiting background to identify and manage candidates throughout the hiring process, from initial identification through offer acceptance. Recruiting cycle includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluating, and negotiating compensation.
Perform in depth sourcing of passive candidates by using creative forms of online search (Boolean, social networking, LinkedIn, etc.)
Review and understand assigned requirements and prioritize recruitment efforts based on those requirements.
Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring managers' interactions, and other recruiting activities and accurate utilization of ATS according to standards.
Responsible for full life cycle recruiting including sourcing, assessing and delivering a high quality, diverse talent pool to hiring managers
Implement innovative sourcing techniques to meet the needs of the client groups in the most cost effective and timely manner
Following OFCCP requirements maintain and track applicants through the process. Demonstrated ability to build, manage and maintain a network of collaborative relationships with candidates, vendors and peers to drive objectives and achieve staffing goals.
Must be Internet savvy to perform targeted Internet research/searches.
Ability to manage daily activities to maximize productivity, quality and delivery of services in a cost effective manner.
Must demonstrate a high level of professionalism and ability to communicate and influence effectively with potential client groups and outside candidates.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree with Minimum 5 years of IT recruiting including proficiency in all recruiting lifecycle components, including sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, agency and offer negotiation, closing, administrative components, job analysis, wage and salary trends, and relationship management
