7+ years in an IT Business Analyst role
5+ years financial services experience (Banking experience preferred, mortgage loan origination a definite plus
Strong analytical and project management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
Competency in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Project, Visio
Experience with Team Foundation Server (TFS)
Fluent in SharePoint, able to manage and maintain the team’s site and document repository
Understanding and experience with SDLC and project management techniques
