Contract to Hire service culture - The Time and Material concept can be extrapolated if the client finds it necessary to extend this contract to a contract to hire service. This usually happens when the specific work culture demands the service of contractors for more that the limited amount of time initially specified and if the Client is satisfied with the performance of the contractor during his probation in the Time and Material work culture
Permanent Hire work culture Well, this work culture does not involve the word contract. It is Permanent. Period. The Client would expect the advance skilled work force for these types of projects and we deliver them.
