After years in the staffing industry in public and private companies, we started Rekruiters because we saw an opportunity to offer something better. We saw refreshing, simple differentiators. Our two most important goals as an organization are:
One, get people to our clients first because time is almost always critical to our clients. We do this by intentionally overstaffing the recruiting function so that we have one of the highest recruiter to job order ratios in the industry.
And two, put our clients, our candidates, our consultants and our employees interests ahead of everything else including short term profits. We know that if we put people first, and we get people to you first, Rekruiters will be first in the market.
