So we\u2019ve made it easy to search for candidates outside of your geographic area who are willing to relocate to your local area. <strong><em>Here\u2019s how:   <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>After logging in to Dice, select  <strong> Post Jobs   Find Candidates<\/strong> from the navigation menu at the top of the page.<\/li>\n<li>Then click <strong>Candidate Search<\/strong> from the drop down menu.<\/li>\n<li>Look for the check boxes under <strong>Location Options<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Check box<strong><span> (A)<\/span><\/strong> to narrow your resume search to only those candidates who have indicated they are interested in relocating to specific states or provinces that you select in column <strong><span>(B)<\/span><\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Check box <strong><span>(C)<\/span> <\/strong>to narrow your resume search to only those candidates who are open to hearing about all relocation opportunities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span><em>Have you used this option?
