We\u2019re all sharing what we know, asking questions and getting answers.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here are a few ideas for joining the  crowd-sourcing world:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-join-a-facebook-group\">Join a Facebook Group<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Just go to Facebook and search for &#8220;HR,&#8221; &#8220;recruiting,&#8221; or a similar phrase, and you\u2019ll see a proliferation of communities. \u201cHonestly, Facebook is absolutely now my go-to. It&#8217;s where I go to network,\u201d Zapar said. Zapar suggests volunteering to speak on stage and share what you know.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-attend-an-unconference\">Attend an \u201cUnconference\u201d<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Unconferences&#8221; are often just a group of peers sitting in a circle with very few rules, no pitches and no decks. They\u2019re very low-key meetings of equals who discuss ideas and answer each other\u2019s questions. <a href=\"http:\/\/trumunity.com\/\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\">#truMunity<\/a> holds unconferences around the world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-tap-into-technology\">Tap into Technology<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Tools such as <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dice.com\/hiring\/find-candidates\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">TalentSearch<\/a> make social recruiting easier and can help you connect with millions of tech pros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zapar thinks the trend toward openness is unstoppable. \u201cThe days of hoarding and hiding and being cutthroat and that hard edge, those days are gone,\u201d she said. \u201cWe\u2019re now in the sharing economy.
