According to a <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fastcompany.com\/90607167\/is-now-a-good-time-to-change-careers-more-workers-are-feeling-good-about-it\">Fast Company poll<\/a><\/em>, more than 50% of the broader workforce is considering a switch, with 44% making actual plans to do so.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This wave of interest in moving (and actually making moves) has spawned terms like \u201cThe Great Resignation\u201d and with numbers this high, employers should expect some level of turnover. Recruiters are likely to be able to access good talent on the market for a wide range of roles.
