Job Description

A financial industry leader needs a talented and experienced Machine Learning Engineer to build and maintain large scale ML infrastructure and ML pipelines.

Responsibilities of the Senior Machine Learning Engineer:
  • Build advanced analytics, machine learning platform and tools
  • Extend existing ML platform and frameworks for scaling model training and deployment
  • Work closely with business and engineering teams to drive the adoption and integration of model outputs
  • Leverage the power of data science to deliver best in class customer experiences

Requirements of the Senior Machine Learning Engineer:
  • Bachelor's degree in a technology related field
  • 5+ years of experience implementing big data solutions
  • AWS Sagemaker experience required
  • Extensive experience working with machine learning models
  • OOP experience, SQL, Unix scripting or related, and exposure to some of Python's ML ecosystem
  • Experience building data pipelines using tools like Apache Spark or other distributed data processing frameworks
  • Data movement technologies (ETL/ELT)
  • Messaging/streaming technologies (AWS SQS, Kinesis/Kafka),
  • Relational and NoSQL databases (DynamoDB, EKS, Graph database),
  • API and in-memory technologies
  • Solid Agile experience - Scrum, Kanban, CI/CD, Git
