Reporting Analyst
Location: West Des Moines, IA
Job Summary: Apex Systems is seeking a Reporting Analyst for one of our top clients located in West Des Moines, IA. You will play a crucial role in maintaining data accuracy and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. If you have a banking background, excellent Excel skills, and a passion for data integrity, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities:
  • Write clear and concise procedural documents and reports.
  • Perform data hygiene tasks, including data validation, deduplication, and error correction.
  • Match dates accurately to maintain consistency.
  • Provide control oversight by monitoring processes and identifying gaps.
  • No customer outreach required; focus solely on internal processes.
  • Understand KYC and CDD basics to ensure compliance.
  • Utilize Excel for data analysis, pivot tables, and reporting.

Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of banking experience.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Strong communication skills.
