Role: Senior QA Analyst with HealthRules
Location: Remote- MUST work EST
Duration: 6 months, Contract-to-Hire (CTH)

Project Overview:
The Client is transforming its core claims platform from QNXT to HealthRules. The QA/testing efforts will focus on the new HealthRules core claims platform and other integrated systems, including Guiding Care and HealthTrio.

Role Overview:
The Senior QA Analyst will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing manual test scripts for complex healthcare applications. This role emphasizes accuracy, compliance, data integrity, and delivering an excellent user experience in a regulated healthcare environment.

Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain manual test scripts for web, API, data, and backend systems, with a focus on healthcare payer workflows (e.g., member management, eligibility, claims, billing).
Manage defects using ServiceNow and Micro Focus ALM.
Write and execute complex SQL queries for data validation across multiple databases.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
Document test scenarios, test cases, test results, defects, and quality metrics.
Provide timely feedback to stakeholders and participate in quality review meetings.

Required Experience:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
6+ years of QA experience, including at least 2 years in the healthcare payer domain.
3+ years of hands-on experience with healthcare payer systems and processes, such as claims, billing, and eligibility.
Experience with at least one of the following platforms: HealthRules, QNXT, GuidingCare, or HealthTrio. HealthRules experience is highly preferred.
Experience with ServiceNow, API, SQL, and Postman
