Job Description
Location: Horsham, PA
Salary: 90-120K
Description: This position is REMOTE with the expectation to go into the office 1-2 times per month.
Primary Responsibilities:
•Partnering with multi-disciplinary teams of business operations, product management, 3rd party vendors, and cross-functional developers to ensure successful delivery of key projects to meet business objectives.
•Assess needs, specify requirements, and produce solutions for the company's web/mobile and interactive TV applications; provide a holistic approach to operational processes through common system components.
•Develop and maintain applications using technologies and best practices within the Microsoft stack.
Process Management:
Achieve all the above primary accountabilities by:
•Strong problem solving/troubleshooting practices
•Consistently evaluating processes - recommending changes when appropriate
•Having a willingness to be flexible - adapting to new paths
•Being a team player and working cross-functionally
Qualifications:
•.Net, .Net Core, C#, ASP.NET Web API, REST, SOAP, Entity Framework, design patterns, SQL, IOC, CI and data modeling
•Experience in high performance run-time system architectures
•Must have strong communication abilities to articulate technology-based decision
•Relational databases (SQL Server), NoSQL databases experience a plus
•Previous hands-on experience with cloud computing experience a plus
•Experience with container managed architectures (Kubernetes, Docker) a plus
•Knowledge and demonstrated application development experience in the following areas: service-oriented design paradigms, multi-tier architectures, asynchronous processes
•Experience in building quality code adhering to industry standard coding practices
•Proficiency in Test Driven Development. DevOps environment experience is a plus
•Cloud computing experience a plus
•Solid project and time management skills and the ability to adapt to change
•Work in a fast-paced continual learning environment
•Ability to translate business objectives into programming initiatives and requirements
•BS in Computer Science or equivalent years of experience
