Job Duties: Drive formulation of documentation, standards and production support processes for the Cloud Data Warehouse production platforms and applications. Develop, maintain, and support large-scale and complex Cloud Data applications. Proactively detect, troubleshoot, and resolve all issues affecting production applications. This involves coordination with and escalation in developing the external teams where necessary. This team owns all production support issues escalated to Schwab Data until they are resolved, or a workaround is provided to end users. Provide clear, concise, and timely communication to affected parties during the investigation and resolution of any individual or system-wide outages. Ensure and enforce the Change Management hygiene for all changes propagated to production from a support and Steady State transition standpoint. Partner with development teams at the appropriate stages in application development to ensure any new systems or projects meet the Production Readiness standards. Partner with Business stakeholders in educating and navigating them through the Schwab Technology Services (STS) standards and policies for new projects or enhancements to existing investments. Effectively navigate and support Incident and Change Management processes with an end-to-end understanding of the system flows and technology landscape. Constantly update knowledge repository and ensure seamless availability and accessibility of information regarding in context of support related activities or issues. Service all requests for data or other activities that require access to Production systems. Improve self-reliance and reduce dependency on the availability of development or external team resources for the initial troubleshooting and resolution of problems. Drive and support crossfunctional large-scale production releases and rollouts. Provide technical oversight for junior team members and interns on day-to-day activities.

What you have

Job Requirements: Requires Bachelor's in Computer Science, Applied Computer Science, or a related field and 60 months of progressive, post-bachelor's experience in a related occupation. . Experience must include 60 months of experience involving the following: Informatica Intelligent Cloud Service (IICS) and Informatica PowerCenter 9.X; Cloud Data Platforms, including Google Big Query, Dataflow, PubSub, GCS bucket, and Data Proc.; Control M; Oracle, DB2, and MS SQL Server; Unix Shell and Python Scripting, Putty, and Github; Tableau and Power BI; and Change Management tools Remedy, Rally, and Jira.

We offer competitive pay and benefits. Starting compensation depends on related experience. Annual bonus and other eligible earnings are not included in the ranges above.
