Responsibilities:
- Lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Facilitate collaboration between cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and delivery.
- Coach team members on Agile principles and practices to enhance team performance.
- Identify and address impediments to team progress and productivity.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and deliverables.
- Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Proven experience as an Agile Lead or Scrum Master.
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, SAFe Agilist) is a plus.
- Experience in project management and delivery in an Agile environment.
