Job Description

Our client, a leading healthcare services company, located in midtown Manhattan is looking for a talented Data Warehouse ETL Developer to join their growing Information Technology Department. As a member of the Applications Team you are responsible for the development, and support of our systems in a fast-paced, high- growth company. This role requires business acumen and technical expertise, as well as an ability to build strong relationships with internal business stakeholders and external professional services partners.


Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop solutions to enhance existing and new business models leveraging AWS (Glue, Lambda, S3, Polly, Lex, SageMaker, Lake Formation, AppFlow, EventBridge, Connect), Boomi, Snowflake, Salesforce, and similar technologies.
  • Lead ongoing platform customizations supporting key business units.
  • Implement system changes and roll out of new features on an on-going basis leveraging Agile based SDLC.
  • Develop and Support data integrations and ETL processes between systems.
  • Develop high volume and load testing strategies for ETL and reporting processes.
  • Support the current Production environment

o Support day-to-day break fix (file transfer, transformation scripts, database tasks and triggers); investigate, research, resolve, and/or engage internal resources or external service partners.

o Monitor performance of deployed modifications.

Required Skills/Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience with
  • Data Warehousing, Data Lakes, Relational Databases and ETL tools
  • AWS/Snowflake experience desired; experience using other data warehouses.
  • Experience loading data into a Salesforce environment desired. o. o Experience implementing
  • Proficient in configuration structures and declarative automation
  • Snowflake functionality using streams,
  • tasks and external storage .
  • Knowledge with Git/webhooks or similar release management/DevOps tools is a plus. o Proficiency in the python programming language or similar.
  • Experience with data migration/ETL involving AWS and Salesforce using tools like AWS Glue Studio, Boomi, Jitterbit, or Mulesoft.
  • BA/BS degree in a computer/business discipline or equivalent applicable experience.
  • Knowledge and executed use of SDLC methodologies.

Preferred but not required skills/qualifications:

  • Experience in the Healthcare industry is a plus
  • AWS Cconnect/Pinpoint experience is a plus
  • Experience with sprint planning and allocation, scrum updates, evaluation of business requirements and estimating level of effort for design approach
  • Experience working with Project Management Office (PMO), Project Managers and/or Business Analysts.

Salary 180-190k
