    Job Description

    Q Analysts are looking for a Test Lead for a project with one of its Clients who are leading organisation in the Virtual Reality work spaces. We are looking for someone with testing skills on mobile or standalone devices preferably Android based as well as web applications testing. The role focuses on manual testing of the functionality for our Client's current and future VR products.

    Role includes:

    • Provide manual testing support for our Client's android based devices both current and future releases
    • Become a feature expert and take ownership for that feature
    • Identify key quality challenges/goals and develop the test plan and write test cases based on interaction with various stakeholders
    • Be the test PoC for a feature/functional area
    • Project prioritisation – e.g. test cases, bugs, test plans, features
    • Communicate the plan/updates/status effectively to the QA and product team
    • Triage bugs reported to determine root cause
    • Pursue bug resolution with dev teams
    • Identify and implement new ways to test hardware in a fast-paced and constantly-changing frontier of interactive VR.
    • Effective and professional communication with both the client and with internal team
    • Managing a team and delegating tasks on a daily basis
    • Performance review and mentoring junior members of the team

    Role requires the following skills and background:

    • Solid ability to troubleshoot and identify bugs both visually and through various interfaces
    • Knowledge of working with Android APK's , Android ADB
    • Excellent inter-personal communications skills and being the bridge between client and team
    • Ability to take initiative and own a problem through resolution regardless of blocking dependencies. The candidate should be able to unblock themselves where reasonable.
    • Experience working in fast paced changing environments
    • Excellent documentation skills for bug reporting, status updates and written communication
    • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and learn new tools and technologies


    • Ideally 4+ years QA experience or related role
    • Team management
    • ISQTB certified – preferred but not required
