Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze operational healthcare data to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Develop and deploy machine learning models for use cases such as risk stratification, patient outcomes prediction, readmission analysis, and population health management.
- Apply NLP techniques for processing unstructured medical notes, prescriptions, and patient feedback.
- Ensure data quality, compliance, and security in accordance with HIPAA and other healthcare regulations.
- Evaluate and communicate analytical results to non-technical stakeholders with clear visualizations and storytelling.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, or related field.
- 10 years of experience in data science or machine learning.
- Proficiency in Python (NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Experience with LLMs, NLP, or Generative AI models.
- Strong understanding of supervised, unsupervised, and deep learning algorithms.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly, Power BI, or Tableau).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure) and ML Ops tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow).
- Solid knowledge of SQL and data querying.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
