AI/ML Application Consultant

Job Overview

We are seeking a Consultant experienced with AI and ML technologies, like OpenAI, to help build a product recommendation and substitution engine. The engine will use machine learning algorithms to analyze customer preferences and behaviors to recommend products and suggest substitutions. The successful candidate will work closely with our development team to develop and implement the application, ensuring it meets our business requirements and delivers maximum value to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the development team to design, develop, and deploy the product recommendation and substitution engine using OpenAI or other AI/ML technology.
• Conduct extensive research to understand customer behaviors, preferences, and product usage patterns to build effective recommendation algorithms.
• Build and train machine learning models to analyze customer data and recommend products that meet their needs.
• Develop and implement testing procedures to ensure the application is functioning properly and delivering the intended results.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of the recommendation engine to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
• Communicate progress, results, and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advances in OpenAI and machine learning technologies and recommend ways to improve our application.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
• Strong experience in building and deploying AI/ML applications (OpenAI), specifically product recommendation and substitution engines.
• In-depth knowledge of machine learning algorithms and techniques, including natural language processing, neural networks, and deep learning.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++, and experience working with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as pandas, numpy, and matplotlib.
• Experience developing and deploying AI/ML solutions to Azure preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex data sets and derive meaningful insights.
