Description

We are looking for a skilled Desktop Support Analyst to join our team in Bronx, New York. This position is within the non-profit sector and offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to meaningful work while utilizing your technical expertise. As this is a Contract role with the potential for long-term stability, it provides an opportunity for growth within the organization.

Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive technical support to end-users, addressing hardware and software issues effectively.
Manage user accounts and permissions within Active Directory, ensuring secure and efficient access.
Track and maintain IT assets and inventory to uphold proper asset management processes.
Utilize Microsoft Excel to analyze data and create reports for better decision-making.
Troubleshoot computer hardware problems, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations.
Collaborate with team members to implement and maintain Citrix and Cisco technologies.
Assist in the setup and configuration of Android devices for organizational use.
Conduct routine system updates and maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
Respond promptly to service requests and resolve technical issues within established timelines.
Deliver training and support to users, enhancing their proficiency with IT systems.

Requirements

Proven experience in desktop support or a similar technical role.
Strong knowledge of computer hardware and troubleshooting techniques.
Proficiency in managing Active Directory accounts and permissions.
Familiarity with asset management processes and tools.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Experience with Citrix and Cisco technologies is preferred.
Ability to configure and support Android devices in a meticulous and organized setting.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
