Hiring: W2 Candidates Only

Visa: Open to any visa type with valid work authorization in the USA

Summary: IT Support Specialists provide technical support to users by troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. They ensure smooth IT operations and high levels of end-user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide first and second-level technical support.
  2. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
  3. Install and configure IT equipment and software.
  4. Maintain accurate support documentation.
  5. Assist in system upgrades and maintenance.
  6. Respond to support tickets in a timely manner.
  7. Educate users on best practices and IT policies.
  8. Monitor system health and performance.
  9. Coordinate with vendors for technical support.
  10. Participate in IT projects and process improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in technical support.
  • Knowledge of operating systems, networks, and common software.
  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Preferred Skills/Duties:

  • ITIL Foundation certification.
  • Experience with remote support tools.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based services.
  • Ability to train and guide end-users.
