Job Title: Card Test Lead

Job Description:
Pay Range: $65hr - $70hr
  • The Credit Card Migration Test Lead will be responsible for leading end-to-end testing efforts within the Cards & Payments domain, focusing on credit card platforms and migration projects.
  • This role requires deep domain expertise, strong leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate testing activities across multiple teams to ensure successful migration and compliance with industry standards.
Domain Expertise:
  • Extensive experience in the Cards & Payments domain, with a strong focus on credit card platforms.
  • In-depth understanding of end-to-end card functionalities including:

    Card origination.
  • Product changes.
  • Fraud transfers.
  • Payment allocation.
  • Fees and financial charges.
  • Hands-on experience with TSYS-TS2 or similar card processing platforms.
  • Proven success in credit card migration testing, including data validation and reconciliation.
  • Familiarity with payment networks (Visa, MasterCard, etc.) and transaction processing flows.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage comprehensive testing efforts for credit card migration projects.
  • Define and execute test strategies across functional, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT) phases.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and third-party vendors to ensure full test coverage.
  • Validate critical card lifecycle processes such as issuance, authorization, transaction posting, and settlement.
  • Oversee defect management, including triage, root cause analysis, and resolution tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with PCI-DSS and other applicable regulatory standards.
  • Document all test artifacts including test plans, test cases, execution reports, and defect logs for traceability and audit readiness.
Skills:
  • Proficient in test management tools such as JIRA, HP ALM, or equivalent platforms.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to mentor and guide junior testers and offshore testing teams to ensure quality and consistency.
