JOB DESCRIPTION
Hands-on experience with SAP Customer Check Out (installation, configuration, updates).
Familiarity with CCO Manager
Understanding of POS Peripherals (printers, scanners, bar code scanners ).
Troubleshooting connectivity and hardware issues.
Basic knowledge of Windows OS, firewalls, and network configurations.
Ability to diagnose local network or connectivity issues.
Familiarity with S4 HANA.
Ability to read and analyze logs for troubleshooting.
Ability to quickly identify, analyze, and resolve issues.
Clear communication with store staff and IT teams.
Ability to document issues and resolutions effectively.
2. Responsibilities:
Technical Support: Act as the primary point of contact for SAP CCO users requiring technical assistance.
Troubleshooting: Identify, diagnose, and resolve SAP CCO system-related issues promptly.
Configuration: Install, configure, and customize SAP CCO systems according to business requirements.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor system performance and conduct regular maintenance to ensure optimal operation.
Upgrades and Patches: Participate in the evaluation and implementation of SAP software upgrades and patches.
Documentation: Maintain a record of all technical issues and solutions to develop a comprehensive knowledge base.
