Job Details

Kforce has a client seeking a QA Engineer in San Francisco, CA.

* Work with product managers and developers and come up with a proper test plan, test scenarios, and estimates for test execution and production deployment
* Execute test cases, report bugs, and monitor/track the entire bug life cycle
* Evaluate the code base with our developers to improve test coverage across the product
* Document test requirements, environments, and processes

* Bachelor's degree in Computer science or related field of study
* Ability to align QA processes with agile/scrum methodology, sprint planning, and execution
* Experience building test plans, test cases, and test scenarios
* Solid QA skills along with debugging, time management, problem solving and Multitasking ability
* Experience with API testing
* Experience working with large-scale distributed systems and microservices-based applications
* Experience with version control, continuous integration system - GIT, Jenkins
* Experience with automation is a huge plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
