Summary

Network Engineer

Introduction:

As a Network Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining the network infrastructure of our organization. You will work closely with the IT team to ensure smooth and efficient network operations.

Responsibilities:

Design and implement network solutions to meet the organization's needs.
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
Collaborate with team members to ensure network security and data integrity.
Manage network equipment, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
Work with vendors and service providers to optimize network performance.
Document network configurations and procedures.
Provide technical support to end users as needed.

Requirements:

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of networking principles and protocols.
Experience with data center operations.
Understanding of POP/Colocation facilities.
Experience with peering agreements and BGP routing.

Preferred Skills:

Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or JNCIA.
Experience with network monitoring tools.
Knowledge of cloud networking technologies.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
