Job Overview: In this contingent resource assignment, you will consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Software Engineering. You will review and analyze multi-faceted, larger-scale, or longer-term Software Engineering challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented factors. Additionally, you will contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring a solid understanding of functional policies, procedures, and compliance requirements to meet deliverables. This role involves strategic collaboration and consultation with client personnel.
Responsibilities: - Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Software Engineering.
- Review and analyze complex, multi-faceted challenges requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors.
- Contribute to the resolution of complex situations requiring a solid understanding of policies and compliance requirements.
- Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel to meet deliverables.
Qualifications: - 5 years of Software Engineering experience or equivalent, demonstrated through work, consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.
- Data Engineering experience.
- Proficiency in Database, SQL, and PLSQL skills.
- Experience with Python or Java.
- Experience with ETL tools and data pipeline frameworks.
- Experience with Parquet files in S3 buckets.
- Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with big data technologies such as Apache Spark, Hadoop, or Kafka.
- Hands-on experience in performance tuning, including report automation.
- Experience working in Agile projects, including participation in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and daily stand-up meetings.
- Experience with Artificial Intelligence.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform), or Microsoft Azure.

Pay Range: $70.00- $78.00/hr on W2 The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
