Job Details

Position: Senior Staffing Lead/Account Manager

Location: Washington D.C.

Duration: Long Term

Local or nearby consultants will be given highest preference

Role & Responsibility:

  • The individual is the Account Representative/Staff Augmentation Programme Manager assigned to the account
  • Demonstrated experience managing large, multicategory staff augmentation efforts of similar size/scope
  • Experience supporting Staffing needs for Public sector/Transit clients is a plus.

Skills/Competencies:

  • At least 12+ years managing multicategory staff augmentation programs (administrative, finance, HR, IT/engineering, customer service).
  • Recruiting pipeline management, rapid fill/response, quality control, onboarding/compliance, stakeholder communication, performance reporting.
  • Fill rates, timetosubmit, retention/turnover, customer satisfaction, and any SLA achievements.
  • Confirm availability to start at award and to serve as primary POC.
  • Education/certifications: Bachelors Degree and any relevant HR, PM, or Staffing certifications.
