Job Description
Ideal Candidate would be having proven experience in Business Development for IT Professional Services including Contract Staffing .
Successful candidate will be responsible for building the business within the region, signing new client contracts, assisting clients in defining role descriptions and generating new leads.
Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, industry knowledge, and build on existing contacts.
• Proactively initiate contact with potential clients.
• Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans.
· The role will collaborate with internal teams including Talent Acquisition, Human Resources and Operations teams
Prerequisite:
• A self-starter with desire for success who can spot new opportunities.
• Proven record in business development.
• Experience in the implementation MSP programs/ business would be preferred.
• Excellent communication & Networking skills .
• Presentable and confident.
