Role :   Salesforce Lead / developer  
Location: Juno Beach, FL (100% On-site / 5 Days a Week)( Face to face Interview for final round)
Compensation: $ 75 to 85 /hr on W2/ C2C
Duration: Long-term contract (6+ Months)

This is position with direct client .

Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I/II or Application Architect credentials are highly preferred.

Position Overview
Hands-on Salesforce Tech Lead with 7+ years of development experience to guide the deployment of advanced enterprise applications and pioneer the integration of AI/ML frameworks (Einstein AI, Agentforce) within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership: Lead the design, customization, and deployment of complex Salesforce solutions while mentoring and running code reviews for development teams.
AI Innovation: Drive the adoption of intelligent workflows, predictive analytics, and prompt engineering by implementing modern AI/ML frameworks inside Salesforce.
Core Engineering: Build scalable custom applications leveraging Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and complex system integration patterns.
Stakeholder Alignment: Partner with technical architects and business analysts to translate functional needs into robust, AI-enhanced technical architectures.
Testing & Governance: Ensure solution maintainability through rigorous automated testing structures, comprehensive documentation, and strict adherence to IT governance standards.

Required Skillset
Experience: 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with a proven track record operating as a Technical Lead.
Core Customization: Expert-level mastery of Apex programming, LWC, Visualforce, and API integration architectures.
AI Interest & Skills: Foundational knowledge or exposure to AI/ML concepts, Einstein AI, Agentforce, Python, or data science frameworks.
