Oracle Developer (PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2)

Dallas, TX (Onsite 3 5 days per week)

Duration: 12 Months (Contract)

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Developer (PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2) to join our team supporting and enhancing PeopleSoft Financials applications in a dynamic Utilities environment. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in PeopleTools, Oracle SQL, and Financials modules (AP, AR, GL, Billing), along with hands-on experience developing integrations and customizations within PeopleSoft.

Key Responsibilities

Support and maintain the existing PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 system.

Design, develop, test, and deploy PeopleSoft applications, interfaces, and custom enhancements.

Create and optimize Application Engine programs, PeopleCode, Application Packages, and SQR reports.

Develop integrations using Integration Broker, Component Interface, and File Layouts.

Design and publish reports using BI Publisher and PS Query.

Implement and maintain Approval Workflow Engine (AWE) configurations.

Troubleshoot system issues and collaborate with functional and business teams for efficient resolution.

Support data analysis and validation using Oracle SQL and PeopleSoft base tables.

Ensure compliance with best practices, performance tuning, and data integrity standards.

Required Skills and Experience

5+ years of hands-on PeopleSoft development experience.

Proficiency in PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Application Package, SQR, and Integration Broker.

Strong knowledge of File Layouts, Component Interface, PS Query, BI Publisher.

Solid experience with Oracle SQL / PL/SQL and Oracle Database.

Deep understanding of PeopleSoft Financials (FSCM) modules AP, AR, GL, Billing.

Experience working with Approval Workflow Engine (AWE).

Ability to troubleshoot and optimize performance across custom PeopleSoft applications.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
