Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect with extensive hands-on expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud and Agentforce.
The ideal candidate will have deep technical understanding and proven experience in Service Cloud, Agent Workspace, Omni-Channel, Voice, and Einstein AI solutions.

This role involves leading the architecture, design, and end-to-end delivery of Salesforce Agentforce-based solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and seamless customer and agent experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Salesforce Agentforce and Service Cloud solutions.
  • Drive end-to-end solution design across Omni-Channel Routing, Voice, Live Chat, Einstein Bots, and Agent Workspace.
  • Define and enforce best practices in Salesforce configuration, development, integration, and data security.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Guide development teams on Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and API integration strategies.
  • Oversee Case Lifecycle Management, Macros, Quick Text, and productivity tools configuration.
  • Ensure architecture aligns with enterprise strategy, performance, and scalability standards.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and quality oversight throughout all delivery phases.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience: 15+ years in Salesforce ecosystem; minimum 8+ years as Salesforce Technical Architect.
Specialization: Deep technical expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud and Agentforce.
Strong Proficiency In:

Salesforce Service Cloud, Omni-Channel, Voice, Einstein Bots, Live Chat, Agent Workspace.

Salesforce APIs, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC).

Salesforce Data Model, Security, and Sharing Rules.
Knowledge Areas:

Case Lifecycle Management, Macros, Quick Text, Productivity Tools.
Soft Skills:

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Strong analytical and solution-oriented mindset.
