Client is a service provider for banks focusing on helping non-prime consumers gain access to credit and offers direct-to-consumer and private-label credit cards for customers who are turned down by primary lenders

Role: Robotic Process Automation Developer - Microsoft Power Automate.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Design, document, build, and deploy Power Automate Desktop and Cloud flows, focusing on robust RPA BOTs with strong UI selector principles.
  • Deliver high-quality, efficient, scalable, and reusable code always protecting customer privacy and confidentiality
  • Be an active team member partnering within the Scrum team to deliver tasks on schedule
  • Creating, configuring and managing business process automation flows, add business rules, workflows, and action steps to a business process flow.
  • Analyzing business requirements by collaborating with the stakeholders and IT Management, studying flows, application usage, and work processes to optimize flows.
  • Designing Power Automate Flows with Office 365 applications, Power Apps and SharePoint Online.
  • Deploying solutions to Prod environments and providing prod support to existing BOTs.
  • Manage and configure source control, configuration management, and build deployment activities
  • Develops and maintains capabilities to support auditing and security requirements of the Power Platform environments
  • Ensure compliance and governance in the use of these tools across the organization.
Minimum Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience of strong experience as an RPA Developer using RPA tool, Microsoft Power Automate
  • 3+ years of experience in range of aspects in development using Microsoft Power Automate including Application lifecycle management (ALM), Epic/Story elaboration, technical design, coding, Testing, UAT, deployment, Support and documentation.
  • Skilled in programming languages C#, .NET Core, VB Scripts & expressions for RPA, SQL.
  • Experience in developing RPA Unattended Bots using Desktop Flows in combination with cloud flows
  • 2+ years of experience delivering scalable solutions on Azure Cloud with demonstrable working knowledge in a cloud-based environment.
  • Knowledge and Understanding of Power Platform services (Power Apps, Virtual Agents, Power Automate, Power BI).
  • Documentation experience of processes and solutions in detail, enabling other team members and business to follow and understand them.
  • Preferred certification is Microsoft Certified: Power Automate RPA Developer Associate
  • Experience with CI/CD Pipeline systems on Azure DevOps
  • Experience in Finance, or HR Industry is a plus.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills are required.
  • 4-year degree or higher in computer-related field or equivalent experience in computer systems desired.
